Currently we do not support scheduling exact delivery time. Shipper will contact you before delivery. You can negotiate directly with shipper for most convenient time in the day.

How to check where order is?

Please visit Track Order page and enter waybill code sent via email.

If I am absent during delivery?

Order will be redelivered maximum 3 times. If still unreachable, package will be returned to warehouse and order cancelled (refunded if paid).
