Common Shipping Questions

⚠️ SAFETY WARNING

We have recorded cases of impersonating VIRGOSHOP or delivery units for fraud. Please note:

  • Absolutely DO NOT transfer extra shipping fees to personal accounts.
  • DO NOT read OTP code to shippers.
  • If shipper asks for payment before inspecting goods but acts suspiciously, refuse and contact VIRGOSHOP immediately.
  • Always check waybill code on package matches the code in notification email.

To ensure order safety:

  • When order not yet shipped: Please contact CS immediately for support.
  • When order is in transit: Unfortunately, we cannot change address directly. You may need to cancel and re-order, or negotiate with shipper yourself (however this is not guaranteed).

Currently, we only support delivery within Vietnam territory.

If you notice signs of tearing, serious dents on package:

  1. Please take photos/videos of package condition BEFORE opening.
  2. Record unpacking video (Unboxing) as evidence.
  3. Contact CS department immediately for support on return/compensation.
