Pay cash directly to delivery staff upon receiving product at requested address.

At "Checkout" step, please choose 1 of 2 methods: "Cash on Delivery (COD)" or "Pay via VNPAY".
After clicking "Place Order":
After successful payment (or COD confirmation), order status changes to "Processing". VIRGOSHOP will pack and hand over to carrier soonest.
Realized you chose wrong method? Don't worry, VIRGOSHOP supports changing payment method for orders not yet shipped (Status: Processing).
If order is "In Transit", you CANNOT change payment method on system.
In urgent case, please contact CS Hotline immediately for manual assistance.
A. If money deducted but order says "Unpaid", please DO NOT place new order. Capture transaction screen and send to CS, we will check and update order status manually.
A. VIRGOSHOP allows checking exterior (box condition, seal tape) before receiving. However, trying on product depends on specific carrier's policy at that time.
A. For COD orders, we refund via bank transfer. For VNPAY orders, money is refunded (Refund) directly to account/card used for payment (5-14 working days depending on bank).
