In-Store Exchange Process

IMPORTANT POLICY:

VIRGOSHOP does not apply cash refund (refund) for orders purchased directly at Store. We only support PRODUCT EXCHANGE if all conditions below are met.

Procedure Steps

Prepare documents & product

Ensure product has original Tags, uncut, unused. Original Paper Receipt is mandatory. We refuse to process if you only provide bank transaction history.

Visit nearest store

You can bring the product to any VIRGOSHOP showroom nationwide, not necessarily the original purchase store.

Exchange at counter

Contact cashier to check product condition and choose new product for exchange.

Binding Regulations

Manufacturer Defect Case

For technical defects (zipper, fabric, color fad...), we support exchange or refund within 06 months from invoice date. Actual product inspection at store required.

Frequently Asked Questions

I lost paper receipt, can I exchange?
Unfortunately, exchange will NOT be processed without original receipt. App history or bank statement is not accepted as substitute proof.
Bought in Hanoi, can I exchange in HCMC?
Yes. We accept cross-region exchange at all VIRGOSHOP stores nationwide.
Bought Online but want to exchange at Store?
Yes. Please bring product and "Packing Slip/Invoice" included in the package to the store for assistance.
